HSE Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated HSE Supervisor to ensure the health, safety, and environmental standards at our copper pipe manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will help maintain a safe working environment for all employees and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
• Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures
• Promote safety awareness among staff
• Investigate accidents and incidents
• Coordinate safety training programs
• Ensure compliance with local safety laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in health, safety, and environmental management
• Knowledge of OSHA and local safety regulations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to identify hazards and implement corrective actions
• Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field (preferred)
• Certification in HSE (preferred)
